These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the WallChange mobile application for Android devices.

5.1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WallChange application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the application.

5.2. Use of the Application

• WallChange is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use.
• You agree to use the application only for purposes permitted by law and in accordance with the regulations of your jurisdiction.

5.3. Responsibility for Content (Images)

• You are solely responsible for the images you import into the application and use as wallpaper.
• WallChange does not monitor, store on servers, or control the images you select. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to use the images you import on your device.

5.4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of the WallChange application (including design, source code, logos, and trademarks) belong to A_berto Web Design.
• Reverse engineering, modification, distribution, or copying of the application is not permitted without prior written authorization.

5.5. Limitation of Liability

• The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• A_berto Web Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application, including system failures, loss of data, or problems with device operation.

5.6. Modifications to the Application and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the application (or any part thereof) at any time and without prior notice. Likewise, we may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after the publication of changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
